EREAN, the Executive Real Estate Agents Network, is a groundbreaking platform designed to seamlessly connect property owners with experienced agents and provide buyers with easy access to verified property listings. This case study explores the design journey of EREAN, focusing on enhancing the real estate transaction experience for all stakeholders involved.

Primary User Groups:
  1. Property Owners: Individuals seeking to sell their properties and in need of reliable agents for assistance.
  2. Real Estate Agents: Professionals looking for a platform to connect with property owners and expand their client base.
  3. Property Buyers: Individuals searching for verified and accessible property listings.
The Challenge:

EREAN aimed to address challenges in the real estate market, such as:

  • Limited accessibility to a platform connecting property owners with agents for assistance.
  • Difficulty for buyers in accessing verified property listings from reputable sources.
  • The need for a streamlined and trustworthy system to facilitate property transactions.

1. Streamlined Property Listing:

  • Implemented a user-friendly interface for property owners to easily list and showcase their properties.

My Roles:

As the UX designer, my roles included:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including real estate experts and tech developers, to align the platform with industry standards.
  • Continuous user testing and iterative design to enhance the overall user experience.
