Project Overview

Harmonique Wellness Hub is a holistic health app that connects users with top professionals in various health disciplines, including doctors, psychologists, fitness coaches, and nutritionists. The goal was to create an intuitive platform that simplifies virtual health consultations, appointment scheduling, and wellness tracking—all within a seamless digital experience.

I was responsible for the UX/UI design, ensuring that the app was user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional across different user needs.

My Role:

  • User research to understand health-seeking behavior.
  • Wireframing and prototyping the app experience.
  • Designing an intuitive, modern interface.
  • Ensuring accessibility, usability, and seamless integration of key features.

The Problem: 

Many wellness platforms lack a personalized and user-friendly experience. The common issues included:

  • Complex appointment booking processes that frustrate users.
  • Limited access to experts across different wellness fields.
  • Inefficient payment and prescription management systems.
  • Lack of real-time support for health-related inquiries.

The Design Process

Step 1: Research & User Insights

  • Analyzed competitors in the health & wellness space.
  • Identified key user pain points in booking, consultations, and wellness tracking.
  • Gathered insights on how users prefer to engage with health professionals digitally.

Step 2: Wireframing & Prototyping

  • Designed low-fidelity wireframes to establish key app flows.
  • Created high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to refine interactions and visual aesthetics.

Step 3: UI/UX Design Enhancements

  • Personalized User Dashboard: Designed an intuitive home screen with quick access to bookings, prescriptions, and progress tracking.
  • Seamless Booking System: A step-by-step appointment scheduling process based on expert availability and user preferences.
  • Secure Payment Integration: Easy in-app payments for consultations and wellness programs.
  • Digital Prescriptions & Health Records: Users can manage prescriptions and health documents in one place.
  • AI-Powered Chatbot: Instant responses to common health queries, progress tracking, and personalized recommendations.
  • Zoom Integration: Ensured a smooth, secure video consultation experience within the app.
