TenziBiz, an innovative business eWallet, emerges as a transformative solution designed to empower Kenyan business owners in managing their cash inflow and outflow seamlessly. This case study explores the design journey of TenziBiz, focusing on its commitment to user-friendly financial management and catering to the specific needs of businesses within the Kenyan context.

TenziBiz aimed to address challenges faced by businesses in Kenya, including:
